Q: Why is it better to use a local retailer/dealer? A: The local dealers advantage to you the customer, is that he/she lives & works in your local community, because they do, their reputation is on the line each & everyday! The local dealer takes a great deal of pride in offering you first class customer service! You are more than account number to your local retailer/dealer, you are a neighbor!
On occasion a problem can arise. It is much more pleasurable to talk to the same people who are familiar with:
- You
- Your Installation
- Your Equipment.
Q: Is the local dealer familiar with the promotions I hear on the radio, see on television or read in the newspaper? A: Yes. We provide you the tools and knowledge to help you choose the installation options that best fits you & your families needs. It is important to note, that sometimes your local retailer/dealer will have incentives that aren't part of a National Ad Campaign.
Installation Appointments
Q: If I make an appointment will I be left standing & waiting around all day? A: Your local retailer is usually very prompt & will try very hard to schedule around you instead of making you comply to their schedule.
Q: How soon can I get an installation appointment? A: Most retailers have the ability to get you installed within 3 days or less depending on your specific needs. Most local retailers offer weekend appointments as well
Q: How much does the installation cost? A: Prices for installation will vary depending on promotions & the difficulty or special circumstances surrounding your custom installation. Problems like trenching & wall fishing for example, can have an effect on the installation cost. Your local retailer is more than happy to do an onsite survey, prior to any actual installation. The onsite survey is provided to you at no cost!
Q: How long does it take before I my new service is activated? A: You will be enjoying your satellite systems programming before the installer leaves your home.
Q: Is there a real difference if I buy from a local dealer or if I buy from a telemarketer, via the internet or buy directly from the programming provider? A: Yes! While both local & non-local retailers will mirror the same National Promotions & equipment, the major difference is in the first class customer service you receive from your local dealer:

- During
- After The Installation Is Complete
When you buy from a company other than your local retailer/dealer, you will be dealing with a National System for installation. In far too many cases we see, the office is more than 100 miles away & may take up to 3 weeks before they can schedule your installation! Another big downside of dealing with a non-local dealer is, you must wait for equipment to come before you can even call to schedule an installation with the National Office. When you make an informed decision to only deal with local retailers/dealers, you guarantee that you are going to receive first class service both prior to and after your installation!
