Each of the satellite television providers have many special promotions running at any given time. Your local retailer will assist you in choosing the right package for you.

A one year commitment is required in most  cases. You must have a valid credit card for some promotions, & with other promotions,  you will even have to provide your Social Security Number. A credit check will also be required.

If this is the type of information that  you would rather not provide, they will have other promotions available to you,  that don’t require that information. Most of the time, these promotions will  NOT be as appealing in most cases. We fully understand the sensitive nature of your private information!

It is  far safer for you, the customer to share that information with your local retailer than with a telemarketer who may call with  the same promotion or even another one that doesn't really address  your needs or wants. There will be agreements in most cases for  you to sign. You will be given a copy of these documents by your local retailer before they leave your home. When you use  a telemarketer or online source, you may or may not get a copy for your records. That is why it is always better for you to deal with a local retailer!

It is very important that you understand that you must never be late with your payments. This can jeopardize the agreement & carry with it substantial penalties.The best way to avoid these types of problems is to sign up for autopay or prepay. You also have the option to pay online. By paying online, there is:

• NO waiting 10 days or more for your payment to post

It is also very important that you keep  the minimum package requirement. Sometimes a National Provider will allow you to change something you shouldn't.
