Members Only Area

Members are satellite retailers that choose to be listed in our Local Dealer Locator (LDL). Our goal is to promote dealers in your own local community, using national, local & word of mouth advertising. If you are a satellite retailer and are interested  in becoming a member, please fill out our signup form.

If you are a satellite retailer and are interested in becoming a member, please email us for your user name and password.

Dealer Requirements

1. Dealers must provide proof of a business license at time of enrollment into the LDL.
2. You must:
• Install & Service ALL customers
• All contractors used, must be 100% contracted by your company
3. 3) If you sell via the internet, your website must be listed in the LDL. Your website cannot promote the sale of a self installation model. If you are unable to install a system to the terms of #1, you will NOT be listed in the LDL. You can NOT sell satellite systems  that support the use of installation companies other than your own, or any other entity, whose sole purpose it to install for dealers that do NOT promote local dealer service/installation.
    

4) You must have the following to be listed in LDL:

• An Email Address
• Telephone Number
• Fax Number

Your office or sales staff must be able to be contacted via phone, mobile phone or email, during normal business hours.

5) You must be able to provide adequate information to prove that  you are a satellite/dbs system dealer. You must be focused on Local  Professional Dealer Service. You will be required to show proof of reliable transportation, subject to change with industry standards, standard tools to complete installation of satellite/dbs systems  and installers must be in some type of uniform. Uniforms can be  any garment that has identifying markings of your company or  your satellite platform provider.

6) You must NOT receive more than 2 negative complaints, proven by us, in any given month. If you receive a total of three negative comments by any of your customers, you will be removed from the LDL for a  period of not less than three months.
